Moroccan inspection covers



On a recent surftrip to Morocco, I visited the medina of the capital city, Rabat. It was a pretty exciting place - lots of higgledy piggledy alleyways with whitewash and blue buildings, occasionally emerging into dramatic views over the Atlantic Ocean and the river. Nestled among the alleyways were these interesting manhole covers and water stopcock covers, pictured above.

There were also some delightfully mosaiced public water taps here and on Rabat station platform.
